Episode 9 :: Question 2 on Honoring Your Parents

Answer 2: “How powerful are curses spoken over a child by a male parent?” Very powerful! The curses or the blessings come to pass as the Bible shows us. You study in your Bible, you’ll find blessings by parents, you’ll find curses by parents and how they came to pass. So that’s very, very important. They are powerful; they work. But, as a child of God, as one that’s born again, it’s important for us to know that we are called into a blessing by God and we should not walk in the dark about these things. What’s important is this: if you had a problem with your father and he cursed you before you were born again, now that you are born again, go and reconcile with him. That’s number one. Now, where reconciliation is impossible or difficult, go to your Pastor, and he will counsel with you and let you know what to do. Now, if you were already born again and then your parents curse you, first it will not even come to pass but then it depends on what you did. If what you did was also against the Word of God, then you’ve got real trouble because that means he’s not only just cursing you but you were already outside the Word of God meaning that you were in a place where a curse could actually come upon you.
Remember, in the days of the children of Israel while they were in Egypt and God said the death angel was coming into Egypt, [Exodus 12:21-23] he told them, stay inside the house and have the doorposts and the lintels of your doors marked with blood and the death angel will not come in. So, he separated the children of Israel from the children of Egypt with the blood. So, you stay in God’s Word, you stay in the Kingdom, you stay functioning according to the principles of God. Don’t go outside the Word of God. If you live outside the Word of God, then of course you are in the place where a curse can come on you. But even in such situations, what you’re supposed to do is reconcile with your father, because God wants us to live in peace. He has called us to peace and you should walk in peace with others especially your parents, especially your parents.

Episode 9 :: Question 1 - "Can Satan Read the Human Mind?"

Question 1 – Kingsley (The Netherlands): Is the devil able to read the human mind? Why couldn’t the devil read the mind of Jesus Christ to know that killing Him was to save us from our sins and that this was for the good of the Christian?
Answer 1: He says, “Is the devil able to read the human mind?” The answer is no; he cannot read the human mind anymore than any intelligent person can guess what’s in your mind by reading [or trying to understand] your mannerisms and your body movements and so on…body language. So, that’s the way the devil also reads you, because he’s been in this world for many years and he can understand human beings by observing them. That’s how far because Satan, remember, is a created being and because he is a created being, he doesn’t have the power. He’s not omniscient. Only God is omniscient; Satan is not. So, Satan doesn’t know everything, and Satan doesn’t know what’s in your mind. And, you know that Satan doesn’t know everything because of a lot of things that happened in the Bible that he didn’t know and have the sense enough to tell. For example, how come Satan didn’t know that Jesus had been taken to Egypt when He was a baby? [Matthew 2:13-18] God asked the parents, that’s Mary - the mother of Jesus - and Joseph, the supposed father, to take the little child to Egypt and Satan didn’t know they had gone to Egypt and went ahead and moved the king to kill all the children from 2 years and down; he didn’t know. There are lots of things that Satan doesn’t know. He didn’t know much in the bible days and still doesn’t know today, because he is not omniscient.

Episode 8 :: Prayer/Words of Knowledge

Prayer: I want to pray for you. Expect a miracle right now.
In the Name of Jesus, I pray for you to be well – to be sound and healthy. I command sickness to leave your body, the disease to go. I break the power of the devil off of your mind. I command those pains to seize completely, the tumor to leave, to disappear, in the Name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus, be healed!
I pray for your bones to be healed, for your blood to be cleansed.
Thank you Lord Jesus. Thank You. Thank You.
Words of Knowledge: I see a blood vessel that’s blocked, and the healing is taking place right now. In the Name of Jesus, be healed! Be healed! Be healed of that heart condition, in the Name of Jesus.
Be healed right now. Something’s happening to your chest region – someone is being healed in the chest. Someone’s being healed in your chest.
I see that someone else who’s had pneumonia is being healed. The Spirit of God is moving through your body. You can literally feel a movement through your body, like a warm glow; you’re healed in Jesus’ Mighty Name. Thank you Lord.
There’s a tumor in the ear - someone’s got a tumor in the ear - and that tumor’s gone from you now. You’re healed! It previously affected your hearing; you had trouble hearing, you could only hear faintly because of that tumor. It’s gone now and you can hear clearly; that tumor is gone. You go back to the doctor again, and they will not find that tumor. You can hear clearly; you’re healed. Thank you Lord Jesus. Thank you for this miracle.
I pray for your finances, I pray, whatever miracle it is you want, receive that miracle right now, in the Name of Jesus. Amen.
And this week, until the next webcast, I tell you, you’ve got a miracle waiting for you.
There’s a miracle waiting for you. You got a miracle in your job, and if you had a problem with your pregnancy, you also have a miracle this very week. And I can see that there are some of you who would receive a promotion, even this week. That miracle is coming for you this week. Believe for it; it will happen to you.

Question 6 – Lebo (UK): Dear Pastor Chris, I just want to find out how to overcome arrogance with God’s help. I’ve been seen as arrogant and would like to dismiss it from my life and personality.
Answer 6: That’s beautiful! I think the very fact that you want to get rid of it is the beginning of your victory over it. Here, I’ll read God’s word to you beginning with James Chapter 1, from verse 22: “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.” [James 1:22] Be ye doers of the word; in other words, God wants us to act His word – act His word/do His word. Be what it says we are; act that way. Whatever He calls us, we answer, and act that way. Okay! Now, Ephesians 5 from verse 1: “Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children [imitators of God as beloved children]; and walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling savor.” [Ephesians 5:1-2] Now, the key to this is walking in love. If you walk in love, you cannot, at the same time, be arrogant. So, learn to walk in love; that’s the beginning.
Now, I’m going to read to you from Galatians Chapter 5 from verse 22: “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,[verse 23] Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.” [Galatians 5:22] It says “…the fruit of the spirit…” - that means the product of the recreated human spirit. It’s not talking about the spirit of God; it’s talking about the human spirit –the born again spirit. When you’re born again, there’re certain things that come, packaged in your spirit. These are now natural to you, the new life that you have in Christ and he gives us a list here; he says, “the fruit of the Spirit is love, [it begins with love, so you got love inside you] joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.”

Episode 8 :: Question 5 on God's Thought About Wars and Christian Soldiers

Question 5 – Phelark (USA): Dear Pastor Chris, I live in a country that prides and is deeply engaged in wars against other nations. What is God’s thought about wars in this time and dispensation? What is the fate of a born again child of God, who is enrolled in the military, faced with the challenge of killing people at war, either offensively or defensively?
Answer 5: Well, the first thing we have to understand is, if you join the military you have pledged yourself to defend your country, military-wise. So, that’s why you went in there. We understand the military is not for games. So, if you went into the military, that’s what you’ve pledged yourself to do. That means you believe in your country; you believe in the ideology of your nation and you stand for it. So, you’re not only defending its territorial integrity, you’re also defending its ideology. And, that’s why you’re fighting. So that’s important! Remember, you pledged yourself by joining the military to defend your nation’s ideology and territorial integrity. And, as far as that is concerned, when there’s war, when there’s a threat against the territory or your ideology somehow, you may be asked to go to war and if you truly believe in what your nation stands for, there’s nothing wrong with going to war, because the Bible calls God a “God of War.” And, He did lead his children in war for those two things: to protect their territorial integrity and also to defend their ideology and in fact, sometimes to establish it in other places. So, there’s nothing wrong with that at all.
But, if you don’t believe…and that’s why we pray for leaders and nations because leaders can make us, as a nation, follow the wrong ideology and even annex lands that we shouldn’t. In such cases, we’ve got to pray, so that we’re not used to accomplish the wrong purposes. That’s why we must pray; that’s why the Bible says that we should pray for leaders because they make decisions that affect a lot of us. So, you’ve got to pray. Of course, that also goes for those who are forced into the army; we call them ‘forced conscriptions’ or maybe at a time of war they say “all the young men must join the army.” Well, when you’re forced to join, it goes back to the same thing - do you believe in the ideology of your nation, because that’s what matters and the purpose.

Episode 8 :: Question 4 on Getting Married Without Pastoral Blessing
Question 4 – Eunicia (South Africa): Is it wrong to get married without being blessed by your Pastor?
Answer 4: Well, if you belong to a church, which you should, why would you want to get married without letting your Pastor know? Even in a large church where it might be difficult for every member to get to the Pastor, there are leaders, there are structures, so if you use those structures, somehow, the Pastor will get to know. If He doesn’t know personally, through the structure, the leadership will be aware and you can have God’s blessings on that. It’s important, so don’t go ahead and get married without the church knowing; it’s not right!

Question 3 – Ato (USA): Dear Pastor Chris, I have been a Christian for a short while, but I noticed there are so many Bible translations available. Are all Bible translations good to use, and could you please give a list of those of those you would advice a young Christian like me to hang on to? Why do certain translations omit certain verses, which are in the King James Version? Thank you.
Answer 3: Well, for the first part of your question, you said, “Are all Bible translations good to use, and could you please give a list of those of those you would advice a young Christian like me to hang on to?” Well, most translations are fine. I would suggest that the King James Version be the primary version, because it’s been verified to be one of the most reliable. It wasn’t the first translation, by the way. It was about the 13th, 14th or even the 15th translation. It wasn’t the first at all, but the language is closest to what you actually have in the original Hebrew and Greek, and so Bible scholars will tell you that that’s the most reliable to date. Now, as to other translations, most other translations are fine as well but if you use the King James as the basis for most of your study, I believe you will come up with the right answers. For the most part, you will come up with the right answers. There are few differences that you would notice; the only thing is, you know, the King James is Old English and a little more difficult for younger generation to pick. But then, it’s still clear; it’s still well understood and most reliable.
So, I may not give you a list of other translations that are alright, but most of them are okay, at least to support and help clarify a few things. Now, where there are very clear differences because there are some clear differences, you still can understand the broader view and that would not really be a problem to you. So, in that area where there’s so much difference, you can stick with King James and then as you grow more and more in the Word of God, you would be able to see; where the communication is unclear, you will be able to know what the truth is because you will already be able to compare scripture with scripture. So, areas where the King James presents a sort of cloudy expression to you, you’ll still be able to get through by a broader knowledge of God’s word.

Episode 8 :: Question 2 on The Sabbath and Its Importance

Question 2 – Gertrude (South Africa): Dear Pastor, are we supposed to consider the Sabbath? When is the Sabbath exactly, and what are we supposed to do on that day? I ask because in Matthew 24, Jesus says we should pray that His coming will not be on a Sabbath.
Answer 2: Okay, well, Sabbath is a day of rest in the Jewish calendar. It’s the 7th day - the last day of the week. And, the Bible says that on the 7th day God rested. When you study the account of creation in the Book of Genesis, it tells us what he did on the 1st day, 2nd day, 3rd day, 4th day, 5th day, 6th day and the 7th day and it says “…on the seventh day, God rested…” [Genesis 2:2]. So, when He gave the laws by Moses to the children of Israel, He told them to rest on the 7th day which is the Sabbath and that they should do no work.
Now, Jesus came in and fulfilled the law and abolished it, so we don’t have to live by that Law of Moses anymore. In fact, it was never given to those who were non-Jews; it was only given to those who were Jews. So, it’s been abolished by Jesus. So, we function in His new Law of Love today. Now, here is the important thing - you said “in St. Matthew’s gospel, Jesus says we should pray that His coming will not be on a Sabbath.” He actually said that they should pray that their flight should not be on the Sabbath, and I want to read it to you – Matthew 24:20: “But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the Sabbath day:” Why did He say that? Because it would be difficult for them [he was addressing the Jews, and I want you to remember that; He was addressing the Jews here] and He was talking about the desolation that Daniel the Prophet talked about – when Israel is invaded - that’s what He was talking about, so he said “…pray that your flight be not…on the Sabbath” [Matthew 24:20] because the Jews had a limit on how far you could travel on the Sabbath Day. In fact, they placed a limit on one mile; you couldn’t go beyond one mile on the Sabbath day. So, if their flight took place – their escape [he wasn’t really talking about going to Jesus at His coming but an escape from their enemies – their invading enemies]. If that day is on the Sabbath, then you can’t run very far; you can’t move very far because the Orthodox Jew believed that on the Sabbath Day, you shouldn’t travel more than one mile and that was really the reason Jesus mentioned that.
But beyond all of that, you want to know what do we do on the Sabbath day today? The Sabbath day is no longer a day for the Christian, because the Law has been fulfilled by Jesus and abolished. And now, what He says for us to do is to live everyday unto Him - unto Christ.
But then you notice all around the world, most Christians worship, primarily, on Sundays. How did they come about that? Was it that the Sabbath was moved from Saturday to Sunday? No. The Sabbath wasn’t moved from Saturday to Sunday, but a day was picked by the early disciples to meet as God’s children and it was significant that they picked the first day of the week, because that was the day of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. He was raised from the dead on the first day of the week. I want to read something to you from St. Matthew’s gospel Chapter 28, from verse 1: “In the end of the Sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week [that means the Sabbath was the last day of the week – the outgoing week], came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulcher. And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.” [Matthew 28:1-2] And then He goes on to tell us about the resurrection of Jesus Christ, but what I want to notice there is the Sabbath day ending and the first day of the week coming in because of what I want to say next.
Episode 8 :: Question 1 on The Working of the Anointing
Introduction: Hello! Welcome to today’s program. I trust that the Lord will bring answers to your questions today and meet you at the point of your need.
Question 1 – Elangwe (Cameroon): Dear Pastor, I’ve been so blessed by your teachings and exposition online. They’ve really grounded my understanding of the Word. I wish to ask how the anointing works; what does it take to function in the anointing and get expected results?

Answer 1: Well, the first thing is to understand what the anointing really is. The anointing is translated from a word, beginning from the Old Testament [in Hebrew] that means ‘to rub’ - like you’d rub oil on your body or cream on your body. It means to rub, primarily, and it denotes that the presence of God is rubbed on a man. That’s how it came to be [and]; that’s why in the New Testament, you don’t have so much emphasis on that word itself but you have the emphasis on the spirit of God, the power of God, and so on. So, it actually comes from the idea that the presence of God is ‘rubbed-of’ on a man. And so, over in the New Testament, that power - that spirit - that was rubbed on a man came to live inside. So, today, the Holy Spirit actually lives in you. So, when we talk about the anointing, we’re now talking about the power of God that is resident in you and then the power of God or the spirit of God that gives ability to the office into which he calls you or into anything that he calls you to do.
Now, understanding that as the anointing of God, the next thing is a realization that that comes through the acquaintance that we have with the Holy Spirit. Since the Holy Spirit is the one that gives the power, He’s the one that gives the enablement – the inspiration - it means our acquaintance with Him is really the secret. Always, the power of God will come on you to equip you for whatever He wants you to do. See, when God calls a man and sends him to do anything, it’s God’s responsibility to give that man all that he requires. So, you never need to wonder or worry about “Do I have the anointing to do this? Do I have the anointing to do this?” You have the right question when you say, “What Am I Supposed to Do?” because whatever it is you’re supposed to do, the power of the Holy Spirit has been made available to you or will be made available to you when it becomes necessary to do whatever it is God wants you to do.
The other thing is to meditate on the Word of God; you’ve got to meditate on the Word. See, the Holy Spirit brings to pass God’s word. The Holy Spirit inspires us in God’s word - to know it, to live by it and to use it. And, the Holy Spirit helps us, not only to understand it but to function in it, in such a way that we are carriers of His message. So, our acquaintance with the Holy Spirit or our acquaintance with the Word of God is necessary for us to function in the will of God through the Holy Spirit. So, whatever the Holy Spirit wants you to do, whatever life He wants you to live, you can only function thoroughly in it by your acquaintance with the Word of God. So, you’ve got to meditate continually on the Word.

Episode 7 [Part 2] :: Quick Vote Question on The Significance of Dreams

For the quick vote….the quick vote question of the week, we had several questions for you:

Quick Vote Question: “Why is it our dreams come to pass at times and in some occasions, we feel the impact of dreams, depending on the content, in our bodies. Can we have control over our dreams?”
Answer: I’ve written out for you a proper definition of a dream, because I realize that most of the world doesn’t really understand what a dream is. They experience it, but it’s a phenomenon that’s unknown or misunderstood (or misinterpreted) by most people. But, you see, the word of God gives us the accurate information on any of these things, especially when it comes to dealing with things outside the realm of science, you need the word of God! Now, “a dream is an activity of the human spirit which occurs in the sleep modes of the human body senses and mind.” Now, this activity of the human spirit is characterized in two classes:
- The spirit’s imagination of the inner mind’s activities of the inward man. Now, I’ll explain further to you because the bible tells us there is an inward man and there is an outward man. So, the first one is the spirit’s imaginations. The inward man has imaginations.
- And then, secondly, the actual encounters or experiences of the human spirit.

Episode 7 [Part 1] :: Question 8 on The Age of the World

Question 8- Jonathan (United Kingdom): Thank you sir for this forum. Please sir, can you shed more light in accounting for the issue of the age of the world which scientists claim to be millions of years old. Does the bible support this view? Especially those of dinosaurs, prehistoric man, fossils and so on?
Answer 8: Yes, the bible does support the view that the world is probably millions of years old. It does, because we need to understand that the age of the world and the age of man in the earth are not the same. Man is about 6,000 years in the earth; actually, less. But, the world is much older than that. Now, you cannot tell the age of the world when you study the book of Genesis that tells us about creation. What we need to understand is that, in Genesis we are not given an account of the creation of the world but of the recreation of the world. So, the world was not created in the story that we have in Genesis but recreated in the story that we have in Genesis. When you study that whole chapter, you’ll get to understand it. There are just some key words that’ll help you understand. For example, in Genesis chapter 1, from verse 27 it says, “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth.” You can only replenish something that’s been there before! So, it says [continuing in verse 28], “…replenish the earth and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” [Genesis 1:27-28] So, He told them to replenish the earth, and that’s very, very important.
And if you notice how these things came to be, if you’ll read from verse 1 chapter 1: “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.” [Genesis 1:1-2] God couldn’t have created an earth without form [and void]. That means it was formless and empty; God couldn’t have done that. I’ll show you a scripture now. And it says, [Continuing from verse 2] “And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.” [Genesis 1:2-3] And so on and so forth - "let there be, let there be, let there be," - and that ‘let’ is not a creation word. See, it’s more of a permission word. So, God says "let there be" and this leaps into being, because He was replenishing the earth in this area, and He called man to do the same. So, what you have - the account in Genesis chapter 1 - is the account of recreation.

Question 7 – Mark (USA): Dear Pastor Chris, you spoke about homosexuality and how it is a sickness of the mind. Pastor, how can one get rid of it? Does the person have to go about seeking prayers or just control his body through God’s word? Also, how do we handle the homosexuals in the church and community? Is hatred towards them right or should we just pray for them?
Answer 7: Hatred towards anybody will never be right, no matter how bad such a person has been or no matter how sinful. Hatred is not acceptable from us toward anybody. Now, you said, “…how can one get rid of homosexuality? Does the person have to go about seeking prayers or just control his body through God’s word?” Now, it depends on the seriousness of the condition. There are three levels of homosexuality and, in fact, many other practices that people are involved in. The first one is:
1.) The level of fascination: Now, at the level of fascination, you can, through your meditation on God’s word [you know], get rid of it yourself; you can! You meditate on God’s word and by changing your mind, you would [you can] effect changes in your way of life, and that’ll be the end of homosexuality; but you’ve got to make up your mind for that.
2.) The second level is the level of habit: Now, at the level of habit, you are more or less under the control of your own mind, but a way of life that has now…because, in the beginning, we control [we create] our habits, but in the end, our habits produce a character for us. So, once it has come to the second level of a habit, you would need to break it through another habit; which means, you have to develop a new habit of consciousness of the word of God. That’s a little more difficult for younger Christians. But it is possible, and necessary, if you are already at the level of habit, which is the second level. It does mean that you would need to produce or create a new habit - the habit of not doing it - the habit of replacing your thoughts with certain thoughts of God and being in certain places instead of what would normally attract your attention or your interest to homosexuality. So, you develop a new kind of habit. Like I said, it requires a lot more discipline than the first level.
3.) Now, the third level is where you would require someone to help you; your Pastor will be able to help you. Of course, any other more mature Christian can do that for you, but, always better when you talk with your Pastor. That third level is the demonic level. Now, the demonic level is where a demon has now taken advantage of what you were fascinated with that became a habit, and began to control your mind to this level where this demon, having observed you and observed your interest, has taken a hold of you in this area of your life. And so, [it] can make you subject to his dictates—anytime. You are now in bondage. See, it’s come to a demonic level; you are now in bondage to that devil. You have yielded to that devil and that devil must be cast out. It must be cast out of your mind, out of your system, before you will be free. Now, can you do that yourself? Oh, yes! It is possible also; but, it does require more knowledge of the word, more….a better understanding of the scriptures and definiteness of purpose. You make up your mind [that] this is what you want and you’re going to have to have it this way. And then, you ask that devil to go and you’ll have to trust, in faith, that that devil heard you. But if you go to someone who’s more mature than you, it’ll be far better because he’ll cast that devil out of you and you’ll keep the devil out. So, that’s why I said it depends on which of these levels the homosexual is: fascination level, habit level or the demonic level.

Question 6 – Jane (Kenya): What is the work of the Holy Spirit, and how do you know when the Holy Spirit has left you?
Answer 6: What is the work of the Holy Spirit? The work of the Holy Spirit is to carry out God’s will and purpose for your life and to help you understand the word of God, to help you see those things that the Spirit of God has brought into your life, to help you know God and to bring you the presence of God. And [then] to enable you with the power of the Spirit to do great things for God, to become a witness [an effective witness] for Jesus Christ. So, all of that is the work of the Holy Spirit.
In St. Mathew’s gospel chapter 28 and when you read, in verse 20 He says, “…lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the age.” [Matthew 28:20] So, He’s with you by the Holy Spirit [through the Holy Spirit]. And then, also, in Ephesians chapter 1 from verse 13, He says, “In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.” [Ephesians 1:13-14] So, the Holy Spirit is the earnest [the deposit] of the purchased possession. He is the earnest, the deposit, the down-payment; that’s what it means. So, since the Holy Spirit has been given as the down payment until the completeness (the completion, the final consummation) of the eternal salvation; when all that God planned in Christ is brought to pass, when everything is completed - that’s the end of the age - it says the Holy Spirit remains with us; so, the Holy Spirit will not leave you.

Question 5 – Elvis (Cameroon): Dear Pastor Chris, I followed one of your messages on LCN TV and there you said God is not angry with us when we sin, but I have been studying the Old Testament and in the book of Judges; I can’t count the number of times the bible says “And the anger of the Lord was hot against the people.” Is it something of the Old Testament only? Thanks, and God bless you.
Answer 5: Well, yeah, I said that God’s not angry with us when we sin. That’s true; He’s not, because there’s provision for your sin. In 1 John chapter 2 when you read from verse one, it says that “I write this to you that you sin not”. It says. “My little children, these things I write unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.” [1 John 2:1-2] He is the propitiation; that means the appeasement for our sins. So, there is a provision for the appeasement of the Father’s heart when we sin. So, He’s not angry with us, but He does get angry with you - you incur His anger or His wrath - when you reject that provision. So, that’s where you get trouble, because there’s no sin that cannot be covered by the blood of Jesus - washed away, blotted out by the blood of Jesus. There’s no sin without remedy. That’s the point. See, every sin is washed by the blood of Jesus and if you reject what He has provided for the propitiation for your sins, then you incur the wrath of God, because you don’t have options. But when you sin, He doesn’t get angry with it or angry with you, because He knows you can get over it as a Christian—and you should!
